This notice provides our current privacy contact and information about the services we use. Our full privacy policy is being finalised. This interim notice does not replace any privacy rights or obligations that apply under law.
Exclusive Property Management Pty Ltd, ABN 48 633 331 254, trades as Exclusive Property Management (EPM). We provide property management and leasing services on the Mornington Peninsula.
Our website forms ask for contact details and information relevant to your enquiry. An appraisal request may include your property's address, existing management arrangements and leasing plans. The rental waitlist records your interest in rental opportunities; it is not a rental application or a guarantee of a property.
Please avoid including identity documents, financial records or sensitive information in a general enquiry. Contact us for the appropriate channel if documents are required. Only provide another person's information where you have authority to do so.
Information provided through or handled using these services may be processed by the relevant provider for those functions. Check the privacy notice presented by the service when you use it. Using a third-party service does not remove EPM's responsibilities for its own handling of information.
Our website also links to external property portals and social media. Their privacy practices apply when you visit or use those services.
Contact EPM to ask about information we hold about you, request access or correction, update your rental waitlist preferences, request removal from the waitlist, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe your request without sending identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
You can also ask us about information sharing, storage locations and retention arrangements relevant to your enquiry, application or tenancy. A request for deletion is subject to applicable legal requirements.
