We can manage your rental property end-to-end in a set and forget manner. Trusting your Property Manager can manage all stages from finding the right renter to ensuring local trades provide quality workmanship at a good price to the final inspection being carried out with minimal issues. 

Photography & Marketing

We are proud to be a “Premier listing” agent with realestate.com.au. This ensures your property is at the top of the page on the internet. We always offer professional photos to ensure this present your property at its best. Gone are the days we use a mobile phone to represent a quality home. The best part is we give you a copy of the photography so you can use them for sale also.  

Advice & Education 

We have over 35 years of industry experience combined, so please feel free to ask us anything and everything property management. With this comes sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, Consumer Affairs procedures and legislation amendments that we draw upon to best assist you.  

Transfer your property

Taking over a management is simple, all you have to do is contact us. Just because you have a fixed-term lease, that doesn’t mean you’re stuck with your current management company. There are always options. EPM are experts in seamless management takeovers. We fully handle the transition, from start to finish.
