Shae believes property management is about being able to help and connect investors and renters during a stage in their life when they need someone reliable to guide them through a stressful time with empathy. Having someone with the knowledge and experience in your corner can make all of the difference financially and emotionally.
Shae's passions are spending time with her husband and two children, watching the sunrise and enjoys an over-priced breakfast at her favourite cafe on Main Street.
Ian brings over nine years of dedicated property management experience and more than two decades of business management expertise to his role as Director and Leasing Specialist at Exclusive Property Management.
His professional background spans leadership, operations, client relations and business development, giving him a practical, calm and solutions-focused approach. Ian particularly enjoys the people side of property management and is known for his clear communication, approachable nature and ability to quickly build rapport with owners, tenants and prospective renters.
A long-time Mornington Peninsula local, Ian has a genuine understanding of the area and the lifestyle that makes the Peninsula such a sought-after place to live.
Outside of work, Ian starts most mornings with a workout and spends his weekends running the kids from one local sporting commitment to the next — which has effectively turned him into an unpaid Uber driver with a very limited service area. When he does manage to find some downtime, there’s a good chance cricket or footy will be on.
Ian’s strong work ethic, local knowledge and genuine enjoyment of working with people make him an integral part of the EPM team.
Warm, approachable and highly experienced, Sami brings decades of property management knowledge to the Exclusive Property Management team. Originally from the UK and now proudly calling Mount Martha home, Sami has a genuine understanding of the local community and the people who make the Mornington Peninsula such a special place to live.
Known for her brilliant attention to detail and personable nature, Sami takes pride in building strong relationships with both investors and renters. Her calm, organised approach, combined with years of industry experience, means our clients can feel confident knowing their property is being cared for with diligence, professionalism and a personal touch.
Outside of property management, Sami loves spending time with her Frenchie and two children and enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle that comes with living in beautiful Mount Martha.
Lilah is the next generation of Exclusive Property Management and is already showing a keen interest in following in the footsteps of her mum, Shae, and becoming part of the family business.
Currently attending Balcombe Grammar, Lilah is enjoying learning more about EPM, the property industry and what goes on behind the scenes of a busy property management agency. Growing up around the business has given her a natural understanding of the importance EPM places on relationships, community and looking after people.
A true Mornington Peninsula local, Lilah loves everything about the coastal lifestyle. During summer, you’ll usually find her at the beach with her friends, enjoying the sunshine and making the most of the local community she has grown up in.
