Shae believes property management is about being able to help and connect investors and renters during a stage in their life when they need someone reliable to guide them through a stressful time with empathy. Having someone with the knowledge and experience in your corner can make all of the difference financially and emotionally.
Shae's passions are spending time with her husband and two children, watching the sunrise and enjoys an over-priced breakfast at her favourite cafe on Main Street.
Ian brings over five years of dedicated property management experience and more than two decades of business management expertise to the team. His professional background spans leadership, operations, client relations, and problem-solving, giving him a calm and confident approach to navigating even the most complex tenancy matters. Ian is highly regarded for his clear communication, empathy, and ability to build strong rapport with both owners and tenants.
A long-time Mornington Peninsula local, Ian enjoys the coastal lifestyle with his two children. Outside of work, he values a balanced and mindful way of living—often starting his mornings with yoga, spending evenings cooking his favourite chilli dishes, or unwinding with a good cricket match on the weekends. His approachable nature, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people make him a valued and trusted member of the EPM team.
