Walk through the entrance you will be taken away by the modern coastal feel heaps of natural light fills the entire home with a large living room huge comfortable lounge to the left Big TV includes free WIFI, Netflix & Spotify. The living area opens up to the kitchen with all the best appliances & a huge butler’s pantry. Opposite to the kitchen is the stunning dining area which leads out to the deck with BBQ.

There is a deck out the front with a table & chairs should you wish to dine outside on a lovely day/evening we have an umbrella to protect you from too much sun. There is a weber BBQ which we have set out on the back decking area which you will access on the other side of the dining area.

You will then find the hidden stairway up to the 3 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite, huge WIR, TV, Own entrance to Deck & Study Nook should you be on a working holiday, there is another bathroom & separate toilet between the other 2 bedrooms.

Downstairs from the main living area is the double garage where we have place the dryer, you will find a hidden kids room. Should you have teenagers or another small family coming along we have this decked out with a bunk, TV & Sofa Bed.
